A SHORT STORY ABOUT ME...
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I knew Interior Design was the career for me from quite a young age. I was eight years old when my parents put green wall paper in the kitchen. I yelled at them and told them I would run away from home if they didn't change it. (They called my bluff.)
I was in the Visual Arts Magnet in high school and had the opportunity to create art with many different media. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the School of Architecture at University of Texas at Arlington.
Now I am an NCIDQ certificate holder, a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas, and living and working in Seattle, WA. In my ten years as an Interior Design professional I have had the opportunity to design restaurants, retail, and multi-family units, amenities, and common areas. I have experience with small six-page permit sets, 40-story high-rise apartments, and everything in between.
